Team Member Lodging Reservation Details

Reservations for Summer 2026 are open to be reserved.  Please read the directions below very carefully:

Huntley Lodge Lodging Reservation Process:

Step 1:
Visit TeamBigSky.com and complete the Lodging Reservation Request Form. This form is for approval only and does not confirm a reservation. HR will review your status and dates and approve your request via JobRouter.

Step 2:
ONLY after your request is approved, you may call our Reservation Line at 800-548-4486 (available daily from 9 AM to 5 PM) to book the room for yourself or your friend/family member.
Note: Only you can make the call—your guest cannot call on their own.

At the time of booking, a credit card and a 20% deposit will be required. This deposit becomes non-refundable within 30 days of arrival.

To cancel an existing reservation, please call 800-548-4486 and cancel with one of our reservation agents.

Team Member Lodging Rates are:

Huntley Hotel Room Rates- Active Team Members

• Full Time Seasonal, Part Time Seasonal, & Full Time Variable Hour
  • For yourself and or friends and family $145/night
• Full Time Year Round
  • Friends and other family $65/night
  • Yourself or immediate family $40/night

The White Water Inn can be available at request for any date- please email rstackus@bigskyresort.com for more information & availability.

Reciprocal Lodging Reservations

Reciprocal Boyne Resort lodging requests are available for the following locations:

• The Highlands
• Boyne Mountain
• Inn at Bay Harbor
• Sugarloaf
• Sunday River

**Please stop by the HR office to request the required paperwork for your reservation at a reciprocal location.**
