As a benefit of employment with Big Sky Resort, team members may apply for free daily Ski lift tickets for use by themselves ONLY at the following locations

• Montana Area Resorts – Form Required
  • Full Time Team Members – 2 days per ski area
  • Part Time Team Members – 1 day per ski area

  • Full Time Team Members Only – 5 days

You will be emailed about your approval or rejection after the request form has been processed by the HR office. If you have not received the email, start by following up with your manager. Eligibility for this program is dependent upon the team member’s work related evaluation by their department head. Volunteer positions do not qualify

***Each team member and their dependent(s), where applicable, must present their home resort ski pass at the ticket window of the resort they are visiting to receive the reciprocal privilege. Note: At Sugarloaf you need to go to the Guest Services desk in the lobby of the base lodge.

As a full time year round team member or full time seasonal team member, you may qualify for a complimentary pass for spouses and dependent as long as they meet the following criteria. Part time team members are not eligible for the spouse/dependent pass.

• Legally married, or

  • Parents of a child together and living together, or

  • Shared residency with partner for at least three (3) years, and

    • Co-own/co-insured on a vehicle, or

    • Joint bank account

  • Dependent is defined as a child that is legally claimed on team members taxes

Additional Information: 

• Full time seasonal team members who receive spouse/dependent passes are no longer eligible for friend/family discounted tickets.

• Spouse dependent passes are contingent upon your employment with Big Sky Resort. 

• Big Sky Resort reserves the rights to revoke or block your pass, as well as your spouse/dependent passes for any corrective action taken against you.

Please register your vehicle with Big Sky Resort.  If you are in Team Member Housing, you must fill this out.  If you live elsewhere and plan to drive or park at Big Sky Resort, we strongly encourage you to fill this out.  We will only contact you in case of an emergency or if something happened to your vehicle.
